Can you believe that
In all machines to pay for parking in Helsinki you...
1. Can pay by credit card
2. 1h = €3 (no wonder why they expect you to pay also by credit card ;)
3. They even though that people will actually park their cars for 4 minutes (paying 20cents)
For an Italian this is all pretty hard to believe and at first sight it was even pretty hilarious...
